I know I've been quiet. I don't know why but somehow I sort of slipped into a bit of a hibernation period. I haven't really done very much, haven't swept the floors either (that's next on the list). I really have to get started on sharing the pictures from our awesome 4-week trip (3 weeks in Malaysia, 1 week in Australia). So here it is, the beginning of the sequence. These are the pictures that I took the first few days we got home.

I admit it - I was pretty exhausted and didn't take as many pictures as perhaps I should have, plus then the camera battery conked out and all kinds of excuses. We were only in Malaysia for 2 and a half days before we had to set off for Perth. So we stayed on the 10th floor (enjoying the view) with Hisham and the rest of the family.

Some of you might know this, but Hisham and Irfan are huge fans of the Transformers. (OK I admit it, I am too, OK? OK???) Irfan received Optimus Prime for his 5th Birthday in September, and we brought him Megatron so he can enact battles of good vs. evil.

BTW, Hisham is the only one in the family who can actually transform these toys. They are sooooo complicated, but yet soooo coool!! So cool that Hisham and I started playing with them too, and posing them. Catch the next Transformers movie where you see Megatron and Prime sorting things out with a friendly game of Transformers inspired "Snakes and Ladders":

Luckily Irfan swooped in and decided it was his turn to play Transformers "Snakes and Ladders" (which is how Vin learnt to count in Malay ;-) ). We also took some time out to meet up with some of the Forummers for a lovely lunch. This is the point where my camera died. Check out Hijack Queen's blog for some better pictures. Also, thanks to Mr Ho for the lovely lunch!!!

Stay tuned. Next we head to Perth! For cheesecake, a mini-ACS reunion, and a wedding!! :-D
